This was an amazing company and I’m going to recommend them to everyone who I know needs a mortgage or remortgage. I had a bit of a complex situation involving divorce and house sale and purchase. Kathryn was so helpful and supportive and talked me patiently through the whole process. She found some excellent deals for me and the process was super smooth from start to finish. Haven’t finished the process yet completely, but I will be using them again in the future.

Well. What can I say. Quite possibly the most professional, patient, and outstanding experience of any service provider I can think of. I contacted Boon Brokers with not much hope, as this was my third attempt with a broker, and as a first time buyer it had been very stressful after the first broker told me after weeks of going back and forth that he was no longer able to help as my situation was too complex, and the second not so confidently told me ‘it’s worth a try’ on 7.5% interest over a much longer term than I wanted. As my last attempt for a mortgage I submitted an online enquiry form last Thursday evening, and the following day I received a call from Kathryn. Kathryn has a positive attitude with a bubbly approach which instantly put me at ease. I can’t believe I’m actually writing this as I don’t think it’s actually sunk in - but within less than a week of contacting Boon Brokers I received my mortgage offer!! To think the entire service is free when the other two charged just under £600!! If only I found them a month earlier. Boon Brokers communication is on point. They will keep you updated with emails and text messages throughout the process. Kathryn is very proactive with keeping you updated and replies to your emails very quickly.
