Slow to respond at times but eventually got the mortgage offer at a decent rate (the interest rate hike was partly at fault here - it was chaos). Jay Blackaby was with me every step of the way in getting me my first mortgage even if I had to call up multple times, even if they failed to call me back when they promised to, and even if it eventually took a few months to sort. But for the price of 0 Great British Pounds I would use them again as they were attentive to what I had to say and always answered any questions I may have. Again, considering the circumstances, I'd say they fared pretty well.
