Charley dealt with my enquiry and order and was very pleasant and efficient answering the questions I had also asking some of her own then taking the order very efficiently. She also gave me some useful information as to how to use and treat my mattress during the first few months of use. Very helpful indeed

Order placed on line because we had used you before, so hopefully when bed is delivered in 8 weeks time it will be as good as before.

I asked for the old mattres to be removed, and added this to my order paying £45 extra for this. The delivery men did not do this, and also left the new one outside of the bedroom. I tried to speak to them and was completely ignored, which I took as rather rude.
