Hi, my base of my bed collapsed this morning , I've only had it 12 months, didn't know if I still had a warranty or not. I rang land of beds and spoke to the wonderful Wendy, who was speedy and efficient in dealing with my problem. Her professionalism was excellent, I had a phone call back within the hour and a replacement base as been ordered, around 3 weeks I believe. Keep up the great work , it's a pleasure to do business with you.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Julie when I was ordering my new mattress and she couldn’t have been more helpful, I did all my ordering on line with Julie and it all very well she also explained to me about rotating the mattress quite frequently for a while to get the best out of the mattress for maximum comfort all round.
