Sucker you in with great sales

Sucker you in with great sales. Even paid a bit more because the sales service was good. Here comes the reason why I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I received my new mattress on the 23/11/2024. Within 2 weeks I called to report that there was an issue with the mattress and was dipping in the middle from top to bottom causing roll together. Which it’s advertised as no roll together. I took pictures and sent them to show the dip. To which I was told you haven’t rotated the mattress. Which I have because I was told to do it weekly during the sales call to make sure it “beds in evenly”. Now after a month of having the mattress I had an engineer out who himself said the mattress shouldn’t dip 2cm within a month of having it, and if you do get a new one don’t get the same as it will probably have the same issue. However on the report wrote things that he never even spoke to me about. This is not the service I expect and I am now having to go to citizens advice to try and get this resolved. I don’t mind paying the money in the slightest, but I expect better quality and service.

Very satisfied!

Irene and Darren were very helpful, gave advice if requested but wasn't pushy. Very informative about any queries we had. Overall a very good sales team and would reccomend. We ended up purchasing both ottoman base and new mattress. Hopefully we'll be as satisfied with them as our experience in store .
