Overall great experience with the Land of Beds! I was assisted by Charlotte in choosing a bed. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into the sale and was provided all the neccessary information. Mike and his colleague removed my old bed and set up the new bed. They were on time, friendly, carried out the work well and cleared away the rubbish. Highly recommend!

Just ordered the Dormeo octaspring body zone mattress topper as a present for my father. Money is a bit tight at the moment, so had to pay through Klarna. Got through to the end, and then it said unsuccessful, but still took the 1st payment. I rang Land of Beds and spoke with a really nice, polite and helpful lady called Jan, who assured me that the transaction didn't go through and that the bank was just holding the money but it will be returned. I then explained my situation to Jan, and she was able to send me a different link that was able to take my payment and set up the transaction with Klarna. Thank you Jan, I will definitely be looking at coming back to Land of Beds in the New Year.
