An excellent company to buy from. The website was easy to use and I managed to find what I needed. When I did have a question the sales team on the chat were polite, friendly and came back to me really quickly. Delivery was good and all the products arrived when I needed them for. All in all an easy process and I am very happy.

Great mattress-buying experience.
The staff at Land of Beds were extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Charley, and other members of the team, were patient with our need to try out several different beds and gave us more than sufficient time to do so. Charley answered all our questions, clearly demonstrating her knowledge of the different brands and their characteristics. The showroom is well stocked and, with her help, we were able to find and buy the mattress that best suited our needs.

The very patient and efficient Julie was key to our positive experience today over the phone! Thank you so much! We were looking for a bed base and had been quoted a ridiculous price elsewhere when we remembered Land of Beds and thought we would see if you sold them. It was very easy over the phone as a returning customer. Julie guided us through and we made a relatively quick purchase of a product that suits the mattress we bought from LoB previously. The price was much more reasonable too! All in all, a very positive experience!

AVOID! Shambles of a company. 1st and 2nd attempt to deliver the bed were either cancelled or returned due to it being damaged. On the 3rd attempt the wrong bed was sent. This was only apparent after unboxing, so I had to repackage it all and send back. The 4th time of asking I finally got the bed I ordered. At the point of writing this I am still waiting on a call back, 3rd promised call back that has not been actioned. I have noticed a small refund has been actioned today, which is laughable. Probably why they haven't bothered to call me back, as they know it's not good enough. Very poor service and a lack of accountability. Update on 25th Oct 2024. I received a call (on 21/10/24) to apologise no one has been in touch and that this would be escalated again to a manager for a callback. Still waiting and not holding out much hope. Constant broken promises. I'm not even sure there is any management there. Update on 17th Nov 2024 Still no call back even though an email has now been sent to the director. Diabolical service! Avoid at all costs. Update in reply to Land of beds... why will a manager not call back to discuss this? You say you've reached a point where no further action can be taken, but you've never called me. A simple callback put of courtesy will be nice. If you're saying it can't connect leave a voicemail and direct number to call back on and I will. I'm receiving other calls so find this hard to believe that you can't get through to me. Ps it's a manager callback, not customer services.
