Sarah at Land of beds gave excellent service and was very helpful. She explained the details of the mattress I was looking at and took time with me to make sure I understand everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Land of Beds and it would be a bonus if they spoke to Sarah.

I had an issue when I placed my order as the delivery address was incorrect but due to payment using Klarna was not a straightforward thing to do "change delivery address, I was getting stressed but the whole customer team at Land of Beds Nicole, Claire, Maria just to name a few thank you for your patient and the way you handle the situation was superb.

First purchase through this company. Price for a particular mattress was the most competitive I could find. Sarah over live chat was extremely professional and helpful. She has even arranged for delivery to be postponed until my return from a short break away. Looking forward to the new mattress

Not sure I can praise the customer service team enough. After having problems with our new mattress, I decided to call customer services. They have all been extremely efficient and go above and beyond to help you. Big shout out to Wendy, Leslie and Sarah for all your help! I hope the company appreciate your work! Update! New mattress replacement ordered. Again, wonderful customer service this time from Charley, she was so helpful and patient. Looking forward to a good nights sleep again.

The bed frame they sold was initially fine (Flintshire furniture product)...but After only 2 years the bedframe started creaking on every movement really badly. It has gone from no noise to being unbearable to sleep on - we have tightened the fittings and cannot see a reason why it has gone like this. It has not been moved or damaged. A bed frame should last longer than this and despite sending videos/photo's to them, Land of beds have refused to help stating that it only has a 12 month warranty. Really poor customer service, no concern for quality, happy to sell substandard products. Avoid!

Good delivery service and product.

I am so pleased that I decided to visit Land of Beds in Helsby. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was given all the time I needed to lie on and experience a variety of luxury beds, with much needed help and advice from Julie, I was able to make an informed decision. I was never under any pressure to buy, but felt that Julie was guiding me to chose the right bed for me. I had originally made an online enquiry to find companies which sold Hypnos beds, and having read the accurate, and very complimentary reviews for the customer service people have received at this store, I decided to try here first. I’m so pleased that I did, and am now looking forward to the delivery of my new bed. I’d certainly recommend anyone who is planning on buying a bed to visit here first!
