One star is more than I would give. I ordered a mattress weeks ago and despite numerous attempts to find out why this has not arrived I have received no response. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

I bought a bed with drawers. It came flatpacked and was quite a task getting it together. The screw holes on the rails that carry the drawers are not countersunk so the drawers get stuck all the time. Its difficult to fix the rails onto the sides without cracking the material.

No matter what you ask for on top of your bed order, its £30 or £35 extra, bedroom delivery, extra, bed set up, extra, or a miscalculation of costs, all £30 or £35 extra

I would like to thank the whole team who were dealing with my order. I bought bed and mattress online but unfortunately ordered the wrong size. One of the team member, Charlotte, was going above and beyond to help me with changing the order. Charlotte was very professional and patient. She suggested the right bed for the mattress I bought as the one I chose wasn’t suitable for holding the 65kg. mattress.

Ordered a king size 'zip and link' mattress which was to be delivered on the Friday, with the old mattress to be taken away. They arrived and dropped off one half, and then loaded the old mattress. That's when I discovered that they didn't know that the new mattress came in two halves and only had one on the van. I phoned the delivery company who were extremely unhelpful, and then phoned land of beds who said that they would look into it. I had to phone them again to get an update, and again on Saturday. Finally after phoning and complaining again today, they got in contact with the warehouse to organise a search. The delivery company then located it with a delivery scheduled for Wednesday. Currently sleeping on the sofa!

Alan is a great asset to Land of Beds. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us select a mattress that would be suitable for us both. As I suffer from a bad back it’s important that we made the right choice and the mattress we selected comes with a 60 day sleep trial which is really reassuring. Alan was helpful without being intrusive - giving us time to make a decision without feeling we were under any pressure. Highly recommended 😊
