Great customer service, they always go above and beyond, the one time I’ve had an issue ( out of 20 odd purchases) they instantly sorted it for me which was great, I get so many compliments when I take my furmoo bags out and about, Even had a surgeon want to give my bags pat lol Then next visit I found out she liked my bag so much she ordered her own Keep up the great work! ( my moodles are still going strong from October 2022 )

Absolutely love their slippers have just ordered my second pair . 50 shades of gray 🤌🏻😍 They are toasty warm and last. Just consider the length of time to receive items. Always takes up to the full 21 days.

absolutely loved my bag ,was so rapt with service i ordered slippers then ordered another pair of slippers for daughter the fantastic enclosed cow skin ones now wearing my lovely slippers everyday so i can wear them out to get myself a pair ,so far a year and still going strong but christmas is coming!
