Awesome quality products
I decided to go with a mystery bag for my latest purchase and I was not disappointed with my new handbag, The Maddie. The bag is made very well, the quality amazing. It was delivered quite quickly as it was already in stock, so I didn't have to wait long to see what my mystery item was. This was my second Furmoo purchase and I will be buying more. Great communication too. Zero complaints from me, thanks Shelley and team!
Great unique products
Great unique products, well made and great deals. Always upfront about shipping times as some products are preorder and can take 20 business days to ship - but man are they worth the wait! Have bought from here at least 5 times and I have had so many comments on my bags. Absolutely love them and would recommend to anyone.

Fb request for honest reviews
I have been a customer of furmoo for many years. I own 4 cushion covers, 2 bags and a pair of slippers. I have previously gifted others baby booties, slippers & coin purses as I liked the company profile & how they advertise their team & chat on facebook. My cushions are lovely but I personally find, the slipper soles uncomfortably hard so never worn and when I had a laptop bag delivered with very obvious hair loss at the base, seam & stitching I found the team & manager very unprofessional in their replies via email. I understand hides have some hair loss but this was unacceptable for the bag price & it made me lose faith in the company as they didnt stand up to their values, I had to send multiple emails back & forth with different photos which then was escalated to the manager who made me feel unreasonable for not being happy with the product. It was eventually replaced but with a struggle to get it so. I have not purchased since & am at times disappointed to see the comments written on fb by the manager blaming customers who are unhappy or have any comments they dislike instead of owning their errors & correcting them. I am only commenting because I see they have requested 'honest' reviews on here & to date, this is my honest review. 01/08/2024 I see furmoos reply below but see no need to be making contact as stated above the bag was replaced and I am happy with the same. It was the way I was made to 'feel' and treated at the time that was uncomfortable and has put me off for future purchases. I hope the company can take things like this on board to make future things positive for customers x
