Very slow delivery and poor quality
Very slow delivery, I purchased 31 May, received slippers 9 July. States nothing on sale can be returned or exchanged but everything is always on sale… also they smell so strongly of chemicals and glue. They have stunk out my room, cheap quality fleece not nice and soft as I imagined - very disappointed for the price. The sole is also a very rigid cheap plastic, I bought a pair of the woollen blanket type ones and also the cow hide ones.
Disappointed in customer setvice
I honestly wish I had read more trusting reviews. I ordered 2 pairs of slippers at the beginning of June. No further communication. I’ve since sent 2 emails and had no reply so today phoned up from Australia. No answer so left a message. I’m. Kiwi and totally disappointed in the service provided by this company. By the time I receive my slippers, winter will be over.
