Outstanding customer service!! I recently emailed to see if I could send a bag to them to repair the stitching on the inside, I have already owned this bag for a year . I was blown away when they responded to say they would replace it with a completely new bag!!! I have bought a number of different products from them bags, slippers, wallet, key ring and have never been disappointed and will continue to support them .

Over the last 3 years I’ve bought over 10 bags many of those as gifts for family members. Furmoo quality is exceptional. I love the bright colours of the lining inside each bag. Every bag is different because every fur is different. I love having unique bags knowing no one else is going to have one exactly like mine.
