Had our new garage door installed recently. I am so pleased with it. The lads that turned up were very professional, clean and tidy whilst working. The whole experience from the beginning has been so easy and the staff have been amazing. I definitely recommend this company. Quality product at a decent price.

UNTRUSTWORY and UNCOMMUNICATIVE REVIEW - WE JUST WANT OUR DEPOSIT MONEY BACK The whole experience dealing with Rolling Door Concepts has been terrible. We were recommended RDC by friends and quickly agreed an installation date with them, with the understanding that we would only move forwards with them as a company if they could hit the installation date as our renovation site was exposed. Less than 24 hours before the installation date they cancelled. After many weeks trying to arrange a refund for our upfront deposit, they agreed to reimburse us in full and told me that it would take 7-14 days to process. It has now been over a month and we have still not received our refund. Communication is poor. When you do get through, you are promised to be called back and you are not. Highly disappointed in the whole experience. All we want is our money back for a job that was agreed and never done.

Very poor company
I bought roller garage door, to be fitted quickly. I paid an extra £150. I paid £829, and had to pay the fitters £170 on the day. The day we arranged the fitting, I took the day off work and they were supposed to turn up 8-12. At 10:20 I was texted to say the engineer could not attend! They re-scheduled for the following Saturday. At 10:40 I was texted to say that the engineer couldn’t get into the warehouse, so would not be attending! I was not very impressed at all, left lots of messages on the answerphone, because they simply refused to answer the phone! The 4 weeks that I paid extra, finished this Monday! I’ve managed to speak to someone, when they let their guard down when I used my wife’s mobile. I said “You have let me down twice with not installing, and also by paying £150 extra to expedite fitting, so you have effectively broken the contract” I asked for a full refund. They said they would pass it onto accounts. I’m still waiting! I’ve sent many emails and left messages, but it’s falling on deaf ears. RDC have now blocked me commenting on FB. I am leaving messages in twitter though, and if it saves one person from using these Cowboys, it is worth it! I’m contacting my bank to get my money back

Very poor or none after care service
One of my doors failed leaving it shut. My calls to RDC were unanswered and I remain with a car stuck in its garage after three days. If you want good after sales service look elsewhere.

Although there was rather a long wait for the door, when it came it was worth it, and the fitters were brilliant. They were friendly, polite, and did a really good job. The door now looks amazing, and I would definitely recommend them.
