Scammers, pay upfront by bank transfer, so zero comeback, yeah whatever. And someone needs to teach them where and when to use capital letters!!

I was a bit worried when I first contacted RDC about a new garage door. I wasn't used to the system where you paid for the door in advance and then paid the fitters on the day of fitting. What if they didn't turn up? what if I never saw the door I had paid for? I needn't have worried. I received a confirmation e-mail when the door had been ordered and paid for and I received an invoice for the amount paid. The fitters got in touch a few days before the fitting date and gave me a time slot - which is always helpful. The fitters were friendly and efficient and had the garage door fitted and working in less than 2 hours. I recieved an e mail as soon as the work was complete. No worries!

Had our new garage door fitted last Friday morning. It only took two hours to fit from start to finish and it looks great too. The fitters were very friendly and took away the old door and tidied up afterwards. Great service.

Really impressed with the salesperson I spoke to on first contact, she explained everything really well about the fitting service and required opening dimensions. The fitters didn’t turn up on first appointment date. I was expecting some kind of confirmation email a couple of days prior to the original installation date but that didn’t happen and I had to contact RDC to find out if my day away from work was going to be a waste or not. Made a new installation date and the fitters turned up as promised 👍 but still no confirmation a couple of days prior so was feeling a little jittery. Needn’t have worried because the guys were completely professional and did a superb job of a fairly awkward installation.

Had my door fitted yesterday, Fitters (Father and Daughter) turned up as expected and sent texts to let me know that they were on route. Installation is very tidy and all left working. Good demonstration of use of the door. Definitely would recommend.

I am very happy with my new roller door, the product itself is to a high standard and the fitting is second to none, I was kept informed of the exact arrival time of the fitting team, The fitting team was a dad and daughter, dad was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the operation of the door and daughter took care of a very tidy electrical installation. 10/10

Just had my door installed today, looks great and works perfect. Had it installed by Damain & Luke. Really decent blokes, can’t fault their work one bit. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

From ordering to fitting the service has been great. The fitter turned up at the allocated time and did a fantastic job. Left the area very clean and tidy, explained the operation very well. Would recommend to anybody. 5 Star service and company
