Had our lovely Black roller door fitted in Tuesday 12th Jan 2021. We are extremely happy with what appears to be a very nice product. We took advantage of the “special price” on the black door before Christmas. Our biggest issue in truth was the only payment method available was bank transfer or card over the phone, made us somewhat worried as there would be no comeback if it went pear shaped. I’d strongly suggest it be made possible to accept something like a credit card for more peace of Mind for the customer. However very positive points We were given an install date which was adhered to. We were sent a time slot which was adhered to. We were somewhat concerned as to it getting a little late (slot was 12pm-4pm) due to the weather and daylight. The fitter was delayed on his previous job but still arrived around 3pm. Really nice guy from Braintree, Sam. totally professional, quality of workmanship seems fab and we are very pleased with our product. Left no mess whatsoever and left around 5.45. Notice there are some very bad reviews on here but we are more than happy with your service. Perhaps it may be fitter related To an extent ours was fab snd had everything he needed

Darren, Exeter fitter, fitted our anthracite grey door yesterday. It was pretty awkward for him as the old frame was holding the garage soffit and fascias on. He worked around it, and came up with a solution that looks spot on. Very happy, definitely recommended.

My roller garage door was fitted yesterday, excellent service and took out the warranty on the same day, I would highly recommend them much cheaper than other local companies, neighbours are already interested in purchasing a garage door themselves.

Had my door fitted today and am extremely pleased. From order placement to delivery I am happy customer. Fitters were professional from outset and door looks and works perfectly. Took out warranty as it was 'no brainer'.
