Single door fitted to a new wood garage. Happy enough I guess with the door. Although not too sure about ifs strength. Will wait and see. Fitters were pleasant enough. But even ordering I specifically asked if the door opening would be lined as I didn't want any work to do after the foor was fitted. The fitters knew nothing about this and then said they had phoned the office who told them it would be extra and a fitter would need to return to complete. As they said it would be lined with plastic facia board I decided against it. Now I have work and expense I haven't budgeted for. I live and learn I guess. No hard feelings. Just disappointed.

Really pleased with our new door, fitters were punctual, clean and done a great install! Door surpassed my expectations in terms of quality! Can’t recommend enough!

We had Andrias who fitted the door- polite non stop worker. Supplied tea and left radio on to let him get on with fitting, surprised that he was alone! Great job done and also came back later that day over a query, nothing was too much trouble for him to do.

RDC had my review removed. When you have your lovely looking doors fitted ask for an offcut. The doors cun be cut straight through with a Stanley knife. If your child runs into the door accidently the only thing stopping them ripping it out is the bottom rail.

Last week I had a new rolling door concepts garage door. The installation was excellent but the kit came without the emergency door mechanism. Dan said he would come of fit it in a couple of weeks. RDC confirmed that he would be here today. He was and the job was done within an hour of so. Excellent service again and an excellent product. I will certainly recommend RDC for their products and service. Dan the engineer takes pride in his work and the work is finished to the highest standards. Well done to RDC

Had one of these installed yesterday and really impressed. Value for money: great Product: quality great Installation: quick and clean Customer service: fantastic Brought one door on a black Friday reduction which seemed really good value. Afterwards I was slightly apprehensive that it seemed to good to be true. Having spoken to Amanda at customer services a couple of times who was great and very informative and did some additional due diligence i felt comfortable enough to proceed. Installation date was yesterday and the guy (sorry didn't grab a name) was 20 minutes early, measured up, made sure it was all going to fit, showed me how it would look etc before proceeding. He explained aspects that i had not considered myself (such as the power cut override) which was great. He finished just inside the 4hrs and everything was clean and tidy, he even took the old door away. Once he left I noticed he left one of his cleaning power tools behind so called RDC to let them know as I didn't have a number for the fitter, message left and within half an hour I had a call back from the fitter apologising for leaving it and asking when would be an appropriate time to pop back to pick it up. Fearing that the fitter would live some distance away I was some what surprised to find out that he literally lived 5miles away so was easy to arrange a time for pick up. Really impressed with the product and service and will defiantly use again as and when we move.

Excellent service and a lovely product for the price. The fitter was friendly and helpful and happily came back a few days after fitting to make a slight adjustment. Highly recommended

I ordered this as they were offering a discounted rate. It was easy to do over the phone with no pressure. Two guys turned up yesterday (14.12.20) to fit the door. Very polite explained everything to me then just got on with it. Took all the old stuff away leaving it all tidy. The door is a better quality than I expected as is the remote control. I am totally satisfied and would have no issues highly recommending this company
