The house was beautiful and the location was great.

Starting from the time I requested the booking to all the way through check-out we experienced thorough professionalism. We sensed their presence so we could know that they were just a phone call away, yet it was not intrusive. The perfect balance of care and distance.

Our flat at Norway House was lovely. Beds were truly super king and baths were luxury. Just a block from Trafalgar Square so very central. The extra touches were very thoughtful — some milk, water and snacks and coffee as well as tea —.helped our jet lag a lot.

Loved the appartment and the special attention on arrival. Fresh flowers, lights on, it felt like coming home after a long trip. Helpful staff, even if they couldn't accommodate all our last minute wishes, they were quick in responding and helpful.
