I have contacted my furniture Sweden and I get help from them.

A prompt delivery date for a large chaise sofa. A received a call before arrival. They brought the sofa in, as I was checking the box for damage I noticed the box said 'right hand' and I had ordered a 'left hand' chaise sofa. The delivery man rang the office and they confirmed it needed to be taken back. I explained by frustration as I had no sofa for 2 weeks and every delivery from other companies I had this week was incorrect. It was loaded back on the van and I was advised to call the company for an update. As I was ringing, the driver knocked back on and explained it was the right sofa, it was just named oddly. He offered to open the box in the driveway to confirm. The first one was correct, and it was unloaded from the cardboard and brought into position. The second one was a repeat of the first, but indeed it was correct. They set the sofa up for me and very kindly took away the cardboard and packaging (as I already had a very high pile from moving in!). The two delivery men were very kind and really went above and beyond in their role, despite having to carry it in and out the house twice, they did not moan and were happy to help me. I would recommend renaming the boxes (left hand chaise box1 of 2, 2 of 2) perhaps to avoid the confusion. Had the office not realised, they would have returned the right sofa. I'm really happy with my Beck sofa and will purchase from the company again.
