Very rarely if ever, have we had a shopping experience like this one. I ordered and left message to avoid certain days. 1 day later got communication with my preferred dates on. 8 days later item here. Was contacted with time window and got a phone call 15 mns before delivery. Deliverers the most polite and efficient guys ever. Told me about how to unpack, how to send back if anything wrong or didn't like it. WHAT? Normally I shop online, get no answers to anything, stuff gets dropped without a word, sometimes can't even be bothered ringing bell... As for the quality of the item it is up there. Sure it wasn't cheap but it is absolutely fab, well built, solid and I would recommend my-furniture to anyone. Tbh next time I need something they will be my first port of call. 100% positive

Order a rug online was delivered within 7days as the stated in there email. Rug is amazing really thick quality would highly recommend.

Fast delivery. Thought it would be flat packed but fully assembled and superbly packaged to prevent any damage. Quality piece of furniture at a very reasonible price.
