Superb after sales and customer service

I ordered a palm leaf I saw in Fabulous magazine and at first I thought it was the glass and pebbles as well for £30 but sent for it anyway as I liked it. It arrived in packaging but with no support for the delicate leaves so was misshaped however the after sales service was good and I had a courier pick up the original and replacement delivered at no cost to me. A date was given so I wasn’t waiting daily.

Mid-2023 received Aurelia range mirror console table and triple folding mirror to match bedside tables I had purchased in 2016/2017. Initially raised a complaint upon receipt of due to rust and damage, but it wasn’t too noticeable and I accepted a 10% discount on future purchases. Little did I know that there is always a discount on offer if you purchase items and/or sign up to mail order - So it was never a ‘real’ discount. - Roll forward to now where the rust is much worse and the manufacturing of the mirror is so poor it appears to be falling apart. Compared with my former purchases, these items look 20 years older and shoddy build. I assume they were very old stock that hadn’t been kept well. - Customer service were prompt in responding that they would replace the items (I shared photographs). However, I have zero confidence in the quality and am sure I would have to return again due to the multitude of issues. I asked to return the items and receive a partial refund. This was refused. The console table fittings are not good either and the table legs are not stable. There are other issues too. Overall very poor furniture. I won’t be able to re-sell it that’s for sure and I don’t want the hassle of endless returns. I wouldn’t recommend buying this range and I’m not convinced I would recommend this company either. - Since My Furniture responded, I can categorically state and prove in the last few months I have received 6-7 mails shots offering 10% discount with no minimum spend and one even offers 50% off. Here is one of the 10% off codes I received: MYNY10. My recommendation would be to be honest and transparent - don’t mislead your customers. It’s bad for business. - 14-Dec-23: I received an email from my furniture ‘50% off everything in this email.’ Would be happy to screen shot this but trustpilot doesn’t have this function. Might be useful if I just share this review, the response, the many email mail shots offering discounts (between 10% and 50%) and photo evidence of the damaged etc. with trading standards. Closure.

Customer service was not what I expected very poor from a lady on the phone , who wasn’t very help full, but the delivery service and delivery guys very excellent and the product is very good
