Returns has been a nightmare . Back and forth emailing (why not just ring and speak to customers directly). Emailed them to arrange collection on Wednesday morning,3 days on- still waiting for a date 🤦‍♀️

Lovely chair only disappointment was no instructions how to put on the swivel legs. Legs were also on top of the velvet cushion which left marks which I am hoping will come out Delivery very good

The company kept me up to date with emails. The armchair is lovely but a bit bigger than expected. As I live on my own, I opted for an upgrade so the couriers unpacked it and assembled the legs and put it in position. They arrived a bit early, but that was good and were very efficient,
