Great service and product at very reasonable price points

If I could give zero I would , I purchased 4 pu leather bar chairs for £600 started to make them up and quickly realised this was no easy task the parts would not join there is spaces on ever joint and there is so many chips and scratches,the 4th chair I couldn’t even make it up as none of the parts would join up I then messaged customer service with pictures and they, did offer a refund but as I love the style of the chairs , I wanted a solution so said no what else can you offer they said a small good will of £60 I said no that’s not enough and I would accept £100 for the 3 that are made already so that I can pay a joiner to fix them and I would like the spare parts for the 4th so that I can make an attempt to put it together as the parts are so badly made , they refused saying it was compensation or replace the chair I can’t make up I said no that wasn’t fair and I’m now in dispute with pay pal as that’s how I paid , I urge any potential buyers to stay clear form buying from this company as I feel there products are just so cheaply made. They look good but the quality of the craftmanship is just awful.

Incredible service throughout, I loved the Alveare chair but wanted it in navy blue, sample sent and chair ordered and delivered without any issue at all. Would recommend and use again!

Absolutely stunning chair, small issue around delivery and delivery timings but staff really helpful and resolved quickly. Really delighted and in love with the style and quality of the chair, recommend to anyone looking for lovely unique standout pieces for their home.
