Wonderful purchasing experience. My floors look amazing!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the set of Kitchen cabinet that I bought from Go Green. The cabinets are very expensive, but of very poor quality with a lot of defects. The service from this company is also very poor. A total waste of my time and effort.

I purchased flooring from Go Hardwood based on positive reviews and the 25 year warranty. I will admit that the customer service for order placement and fulfillment was excellent. The customer service now that I am having some quality issues has room for improvement. I have learned that the warranties that Go Hardwood advertises are only valid/supported while they have an active account with the flooring manufacturer. So, in the event that relationship ends at year 3 since your purchase and you start having quality issues, they will no longer uphold the year warranty that they advertised. If you choose to purchase flooring, make sure that you get a copy of the warranty at the time of purchase to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Great communication and follow up. One of the boxes was lost by the freight carrier and another was damaged. In contacting Go Hardwood they were very responsive and sent replacement items. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. I also had called around before my original order and they had the best pricing for product and shipping. Regards Todd V.
