Completely satisfied with the woodfloor I ordered. It came as quicker than I expected and very happy once the installation is completed.

The sample I ordered came by FedEx so extremely fast response time on Go Hardwood's part. Although the sample didn't work for what I needed, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the sample.

Go Hardwood had plenty of options. Our only problem was delivery and the time promised. Our selection of flooring was and located. On the day of delivery it had not moved. For the next 5 days it did not move and no approximate ship/delivery date was given, until I called and canceled the order. It shipped that day and was delivered in 2 business days. Love the product and the men that helped me when I called.

Ordered never received. Shipper lost my order and I could not get anyone from the seller to call me back. I had to get credit card company involved to get a refund
