The company sent me an item that was defective, there was a huge dye stain on the front. I sent photos to customer service and I am still waiting for a reply. The prices are great but if things go wrong the customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on quality of clothing and lack of care towards their customers. UPDATE - The company replied to this review below. So I sent another email, I’m still waiting, they did not reply to that email either. This is incredibly frustrating. It appears as if they want to give the impression that they are helping to resolve the issue when in fact they couldn’t care less.

I got so many beautiful kurti tops from Rupali that I'm hooked on quality, comfort and good value items which does not break the bank and looks gorgeous on!!!
