Great value beautiful clothes and quality material

Material is good Mashallah. However I believe there is a lot of measurement mismatch and is misleading. XL in kurtis is very big, hence ordered L next time for suit, and its very small … XL of suit = L of Kurti

The clothes as usual are amazing and a perfect fit . I have had loads of compliments.

Clothes weren't stitched properly. Emailed and took over a week to get a reply,they offered me only £3 refund , when i had to pay more to have the suit fixed, I did get the £3 but the quality of clothes is not the best and as soon as they refunded me they emailed asking me to change me review 🙃

Pleased with the rupali dresses . I like how they give suze chart with every dress style. Customer service is also good and they dealt with the delivery issue with parcel force who could not deliver the next working day as per their standards. Rupali issued the delivery charge difference. I would suggest rupali to use a reliable courier company. Other than that their dresses are nice.

Items were purchased and arrived in a timely fashion. I was informed by Rupali of the deliver date and the courier messaged to confirm the delivery time. Excellent Service. Unfortunately due to some of the garment not fitting appropriately, I had to return them. The return process was easy and and an e-mail confirming the return and the refund was sent without a fuss!!! Thank you. I shall definitely be buying from Rupali again.
