Lovely clothes. Please can you use Hala lawn cloth , it’s thicker lawn. I purchased hala lawn clothes 2 years ago and the clothes have not shrunk when washed

I ordered dresses for my mother & sister for Eid. Unfortunately, the dresses weren’t quite right for them so, I had to return them. Sent the items via Royal Mail tracker delivery. Immediately after receiving the returned items, I was notified by email that very same day, to let me know that they have received the returned goods and that it should take between 4-5 working days for the refund to go through. I received the refund the next day! Note that my family and I are regular customers. We’ve shopped with Rupali for over a decade. We are very satisfied with the company’s level of customer courtesy, efficiency and the quality of their items. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about Diya. I bought a dress from them for myself also for Eid. I returned it because, I wasn’t satisfied with the item. Sent the item via Royal Mail tracked delivery. I haven’t received any email notification to say anything whatsoever about the returned goods or refund. Yet I get automatic emails sent to me everyday to notify me of the sales etc.
