Worst communication ever

Worst communication ever! I pre-ordered a power rack/squat cage expecting it to be sent early December. Now the stock is available on the website and I’m yet to receive any confirmation about my order besides that my order has been placed. I have emailed, sent messages through Instagram and tried calling but it just rings through. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a variety of products from king king fitness at the start of August 2021 about $2500 worth, understand there were issues with delivery company but it’s now middle of December and I am STILL waiting for the last of my order. What has been delivered arrived in bits and pieces. There communication is terrible, near impossible to speak to Henry over the phone and takes up to a week to answer through the Facebook messenger service. All I ever get is sorry we experiencing delays, I will never buy from King Kong again nor would recommend anyone to. Surely given it’s been nearly 4.5months the case should be priority but the weeks just keep going bye and nothing.

Plenty of room to improve customer service

After the poor review (read below), Kinkong fitness contacted me and provided me with a prompt refund. I have therefore update my initial one star to three stars. I am awaiting something on backorder but have not been able to contact anyone for a progress update. Don't answer phone calls or respond to emails. I'm starting to wonder if it's actually a real business.

This getting really annoying! we purchased a power rack deluxe package in August which was preordered for September but only got them in November. We understand that with everything is happening, but we emailed you numerous times with pulley lat missing part but no to avail. This needs to be address as soon as possible

Still haven't received items after 3 months!

On August 2 I enquired about some equipment and I was advised the items I wanted were arriving in the first week of September and if I purchased via their website I'd secure these items. On August 3 I completed an online purchase. During the second week of September I contacted Kingkong Fitness to get a status update on my order. I was told my items were in the warehouse but due to restrictions I couldn't collect them, they weren't offering a click-and-collect option during lockdown and they'd be ready for collection when lockdown ended. When lockdown ended I contacted Kingkong Fitness to collect my items and I was told that not all of my items were available and I needed to wait until their next shipment arrived in early November. When I asked why my items were no longer available for collection after previously being told in September was order was ready (and I needed to wait until lockdown was over), I couldn't get an answer. Disappointed is an understatement!

Reasonable cost with quality for home

Reasonable cost with quality for home gym set up. Due to separated dispatch from warehouses from Sydney and Melbourne, receiving items one by one all different time frames was a bit annoyed as a delivery man left all item in front of door without ringing the bell at all each time but apart from it, good communication with a customer and a quick response for replacing a item.

I ordered a bench and waited for over a week before contacting them to ask where it was as I had received nothing to say it had been shipped. Was told that apparently in the description it said "Pre order" when it clearly said "In Stock no logo bench" I told them that it wasn't like that in the description (wouldn't have tried purchasing it if it had) and that they have terrible customer service. The email I received back was "I have refunded your money". Worst customer service ever!!!!

Average customer service.

Contacted for pick-up, assured all stock would be available, arrived to find that they had allowed someone else to take stock a week early and had not accounted for this. Rectified by delivery free of charge but this took an extra week and came in 2 lots. Product is as described.
