I ordered a gx bottle with pods
I ordered a gx bottle with pods. After a few days I got an email saying that the bottle was not available and if I would consider changing the product without additional cost or if I wanted refund. I was offered two “normal” bottles instead. I answered the email asking if they possibly had the gx bottle in different colors (with or without pods) witch for me would be a more logical offer. After some days I got another email saying they were missing answer from me. I answered this email also and wrote another two emails (without using reply). They sent also an sms telling me they were ready to hear from me. I called the number about 15 times and got voicemail every time. Don’t really know what time zone office is in, but I called both day and night. They I got email saying since they did not get answer from me they had done a refund. I ordered a new gx bottle (in different color and without pods) and this has arrived and I’m happy about that. So thanks! But I’m still waiting for them to answer my emails! Yesterday I got an email from them saying they would like to hear from me. That got me a little up, let’s say! I don’t know how this works and if it’s real people writing emails or if in my case all my emails got lost. Did they check the spam box?!?! The experience was quite frustrating! Maybe here and now they will answer me?

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Product was not available and a full refund was not provided due to US and CAN currency. Customer service was not able to resolve my issue after attempting multiple times to contact my bank for assistance and provided this “company” with clear instructions as to how to refund my money that was NEVER returned. Order number 2500144516 I have provided banking information and contacted my bank. Customer service is unable to “wire” the difference. Unable to refund my visa the correct amount and unable to etranfer the correct amount. I do not want a store credit. It has been over a month since this issue has not been resolved. I am looking forward to the correct amount being refunded by the following options: 1. wired to my account 2. To my Visa card 3. Etranfered

I would have preferred that Go supposed include the duty fees in their costs. When I received a billing from DHL, I wasn’t sure if it was an honest request or a fraud. I finally paid it with trepidation and received my item the next day.
