I'm very happy with my immunetti supplements they are hard to get so I was delighted to get them so fast. Ordered and delivered to Ireland within a week. I had to pay 5 euro on customs and excise but that wasnt too bad. Cant wait to try them out I've heard so much about them

Prompt delivery to UK from USA

Goods arrived from the USA without problem and delivered efficiently by DHL. Remember that duty and VAT are due if the supplier hasn't included it at the point of purchase. I was kept informed by DHL and paid the taxes via their website.

I ordered purfune for my daughter's…

I ordered purfune for my daughter's 16th birthday. Email after email after email making promises I would get the item before her birthday ( which I ordered well and truly in time ) a week later and several emails still hasn't even been picked!! Rather than emailing me an employee should have gone to the warehouse and asked the warehouse manager what's happening and get it despatched immediately not send me false promises via email. Very disappointed 😞

The worst company

The worst company. I only purchased from them again because they are the only company that had the product that I need. I ordered 4 items ( two of the same and two other items) only for them to email me saying one of the item is not available until 13 days time, the next day they emailed me again saying another one of the item is not available. So I told them that they should refund my money because I don't know why they are advertising products that are not in stock. They refunded me my money and ship off the other item ( two of the same that I normally ordered). I was contacted by DHL that I needed to pay £40 before delivery so I was confused because I never had to pay for these items which I've bought a few times . I even bought these items a few months ago. I only had to pay once when I had ordered multiple items so I knew something was wrong. When I contacted DHL and they told me my bill I told them that's impossible because 2 of the items were refunded. When I contacted Gosupps they told me they had adjusted my bill so they are not responsible if my country charges me tax even after I explained that I've never paid tax for these particular items. They only took off one item and left the other causing me to pay £40 unnecessarily. This company is the worst. They need a new set of employees who know how to do their job 🙄 My order number is 2500154066 I emailed one of the customer care representative yesterday with a copy of the receipt from my parcel which was stamped by DHL with the item that was refunded and was not removed from my bill (they removed one item and left the other) and his resolution was offering me $15 store credit. I don't know how that should compensate for the £40 I spent unnecessarily due to their incompetence . They like to brush customers off with this store credit. How many customers will want to order from you again after you mess up their order... Update: the customer service team has resolved my complaint. They responded promptly and issued a full refund. I appreciate their prompt action, hence I have updated my review and will continue to purchase from them.

If you seek good customer service this isn't the place for you.

My experience with this company was very negative. Not friendly, not customer service oriented, even rude. Simple questions seem to be beyond their capacity to deal with politely.They come across as uninterested in new business.
