Got me the product WAY faster than ordering from the actual vendor -- DHL shipping to Canada was fine -- small duty fee ( but expected that ) and prices were decent as well.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company. They screwed up my order and now won’t respond to any emails. After looking through other reviews, I’m wondering if any of those customers ever got the money they were owed. They sent something totally different than what I ordered and after emailing to get refunded they’re now just ignoring me. The company will probably respond to this review, apologize for the inconvenience, ask to email them…then just ignore you.

At first I was sceptical with this company but after looking at the reviews I decided to go ahead and I am happy I did. Customer service was excellent and I got my delivery less then a week to the UK, I will definitely I buy a again 👍

They sent me different products from what I ordered. I contacted their customer service by email and explained this. They responded after three days saying they had to pick up the products before they could resend the correct ones, and asked if the pickup address was the same as the shipping address, to which I responded yes. It's been two weeks now and they still haven't responded to that mail, nor arranged to pick up the products. By this point I still won't get the products I ordered in several weeks, which will probably be more than two months after I ordered them.

Great selection of products on the website. I placed my order and got an email a few days later informing me that one of the products was unavailable and asking if I wanted to substitute - which I did. I got a follow-up email confirming the change and that the items would ship in the following few days. My order actually arrived a couple of days earlier than expected! Communication and timing were excellent. My only small gripe is the import duties are quite steep and that isn't completely clear when placing an order. Other than that, would highly recommend GoSupps!
