I purchased Delon Butter cream as it is very difficult to purchase here in the UK from this very service oriented company from their system to the delivery less than 10 days has been just brilliant and I will definitely use them again

Not good for international shipments

Not good for international shipments, charge exorbitant shipping fees to begin with, and if your package is rejected by customs only offer a miniscule amount of your money back. Ended up paying over 150USD to not recieve anything. They claim that this is how much shipping cost them, but after checking with the courier found out that this is not true at all.

Do not order from Canada

I finally got tracking number my pillow travelled to Winnipeg canada then USA and now on hold. Go sup company did not advise poss additional import fees. I order March 26 tried to contact for days. Customer service terrible 😢 well I was told they only refund 65% of purchase because of the expense to return.they r very condescending and make feel like I’m stupid. I order on line a lot I have never had this problem even from china and Australia. Find another site I found same pillow for half the price And advised there was a fee.I also want to say DHL is money making company has nothing to do with customs they hold you item for payment. Again I’ll say I have never heard of this ever. I was told my item would shipped to my home not DHL.I have sent emails to compensation, I have sent payment proof, and forwarded all texts. Still nothing.oh one more thing it’s the same brand Osteo. I have sent emails to compensation, verify@productreview,goSupps.com-Hi:).

Not good for shipping to Canada

GoSupps is shipping to Canada using DHL and DHL will charge, in my case, $18 to collect $6 of taxes. And that is in addition to the delivery charges that had to be paid to GoSupps!! And, by the way, the amount charged by DHL for collecting taxes is also taxable. I contacted GoSupps to complain and they were of no help. No assistance. If GoSupps would have sent by USPS, I likely would not have paid any additional charges as it was under $100. We know that paying taxes is required in most cases but paying DHL to collect the taxes is outraging. There were no duties/customs to be paid on my order. No more GoSupps for me. (Ref order #2500127653) Update: I have received the refund indicated below and that settles my issue. I do appreciate GoSupps follow up here and have updated my rating accordingly. I suspect though that anyone else in a similar situation as mine in the future will be stuck paying DHL fees above the “expected taxes”.

If you are INTERNATIONAL do not order from this company

If you are international do not order from this company. They do not indicate when they are out of stock on the order. So you order something, they take the funds right away. Then I was informed they don't have the items in stock. They refund my money 4 days later, however the exchange rate has changed since the initial order. So I lost $25 due to the exchange rate. The ordering is useless and a waste of customers time and money when they don't i indicate they have no stock. I will never buy from this company ever again!!!! #2500129119
