Avoid This Company! I have received terrible service from OneBill. The system they provided is extremely basic and lacks even essential features, like an out-of-hours message. Every promise made by their sales team turned out to be false. As a result, I am now stuck with a £400 bill from my previous provider—an issue they assured me would be handled and promised I wouldn’t need to worry about. To make matters worse, I’ve yet to receive any response from their team about these problems. Switching to OneBill was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I haven’t saved a penny, was forced to buy new hardware, and feel misled by their false promises. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice.

Since moving over to One bill, we have unfortunately encountered many issues with our internet speed, we have spoken to quite a few advisors and sadly the issue's weren't resolved. Yesterday after a gruelling morning with no internet and feeling very deflated, I was put through to Daniel, who I must add is a complete asset to his team. He managed to very quickly diagnose the issue with our Broadband and arranged for a Senior engineer to attend our Business in the next coming days. Daniel was extremely polite, understanding and efficient at his job and I am extremely grateful for his time. I'm hoping following the engineer's visit on Monday that our issues will be sorted and we can remain with One-Bill. Thankyou again Daniel.
