Parts were in excellent shape and arrived quickly. 2 thumbs up.

They scammed me out of $400. I ordered a replacement backup camera monitor. The part I received was used, obviously someone else's return. They refused to issue an RMA. The return parts manger out there is named Joe. What a piece of work that guy is ;( I was told they wouldn't issue a RMA because the plastic bag was opened. I told him no joke it was opened that's how I received it. Despite me providing pictures of the box and item. They wouldn't issue a return and said they don't send used parts. He was calling me a liar. They don't stock the parts in a warehouse, they rely on other dealers or sources to send out the parts, so 'ole Joe doesn't know what condition parts are sent out in. Even the pictures of the box referred to a warranty return; pointing that out and Joe still refused. Had to threaten them with a police report for fraud and get the credit card company involved. They are a subsidiary of Original Parts Source out of California. AVOID them both!

Felt the parts manual was not super clear. But it did lead me to the right part I needed.

A little pricey when shipping is considered. But worth it to know that I am getting the real deal. I just like the comfort of knowing I’m putting Toyota parts on my old rig.

Shady business practices I ordered a front differential for my Land Cruiser and they showed it in stock and would deliver in 5 days. After placing the order and waiting 4 days I was sent a form saying the part was non returnable and I had to click to accept. Another 4 days pass and I was sent another email saying the shipping was an additional $230! The part finally came after 2 weeks but I would have bought it elsewhere if they had been honest with the price and shipping time.

Completely disrespectful team. Ordered a set of toyota rubber mats - they sent wrong ones (the newer interchange model, which is different and CHEAPER). When i requested RMA to arrange a return, they said that i will pay for RETURN shipping and restocking fee as the reason "Customer don't want the item". PS: Their website explicitly showing the actual pictures of the actual item i wanted.
