Ordered three parts for my Toyota Avalon was quoted a price for shipping and the parts 12 days later they doubled the shipping cost (high) three weeks later I received 2 of the three items. the misaddressed item was returned to sender because they had put the wrong address on the package while frustrated and waiting to get the car repaired for three weeks I just asked for my money back on the missing items to which they are making it extremely difficult asking for pictures of items that I never received I should have made purchases right in town and I'd be driving my car right now. I don't recommend them!

Ordered oil cooler metal line assembly for 2GR-FE engine, 2010 Lexus RX350. Well packaged, arrived quickly. Everything was fine! For some reason, this assembly(w/ both gaskets) was cheaper than if I'd have purchased the lines & gaskets seperate.

Easy to look up parts and knowing I’m getting Toyota parts.

Called after 2 weeks of ordering and was told the part had arrived - when I wanted to pick up, it was not there, logistic error. Then came back a week later, they could not find the part, and an hour after I had left got a call that the part has been found now. Staff mostly friendly and professional, but overall the errors that happened made it cumbersome to obtain this part.

Everything was great, did the job.
