We came on a weekday and the door was locked but we were welcomed in. Had a wonderful experience deciding if we should replace the lights on our old tree or buy a new one. We decided to purchase a new tree from Treetime. Thank you!

Product as advertised and shipped well.

I ended up returning my purchase (end of season clearance item, didn't like they style). But customer service was great throughout the return/redund process. I would definitely shop with them again, just earlier next year!

I had originally gone online to order 2 garlands that were clearance price. I received confirmation that my order had been received. As it was after Christmas, I was in no hurry to receive the items however, after a few weeks, when I did not get shipping confirmation, I contacted Treetime. At that time I was told that although my order had been confirmed, you were unable to fulfill my order because of a discrepancy in your inventory numbers. Although I can not remember the woman's name with whom I spoke, she apologized very nicely. However, at no time did she offer me a different type of garland at that same price. And, she never explained why I did not receive any information about the order until I contacted you. I did order another type of garland which was more expensive and received it very promptly. It will work fine for my purposes.

I had watched a video showing how to store the tree in the bag and then ordered the bag. It’s a quality made product and a very convenient way to store the tree.

We contacted several Christmas Tree manufacturers with some questions, Treetime had by far the best customer service. Could not be happier with the quality of the tree we ordered (Virginia Pine), incredibly realistic even right up close, worth every penny! No ornaments are even needed with this tree. Planning on adding matching wreaths and garland next year! Shipping was extremely fast as well - 5 stars across the board!
