I received the wrong tree and I call right way. I was helped immediately by a very nice person. My correct tree came a few days later and I absolutely love it. Best decision a ever made Happy New Year!

My Christmas tree was delivered very quickly

The lighting on the tree is not great. There is a significant dark area on the tree that is due to fewer bulbs. And the colored lights are a terrible color scheme. There is an over abundance of green lights. I bought this tree due to the ability to lower the intensity of the led lights. But when on the lighter setting the red lights turn white so it looks like a Seahawks tree. Not happy with the colored lights at all, so we’ve kept the white lights on all season. If I had known that would be an issue I wouldn’t have purchased this tree.

I am happy with my New Haven Fir. The tree looks real. The delivery was as promised. The directions to put the tree together was perfect. The purchase was easy. And the tree made my Christmas and remined me of when I was a kid. I would recommend Treetime to family and friends. I am happy with my purchase and hope to enjoy my tree for many years.
