Treetime was very helpful when I was having a little difficulty assembling our tree for the first time. I called the store on a Sunday and the owner actually got on his personal phone to ‘FaceTime’ with me so he could show me exactly what to do! As a business owner myself, I was very impressed! The tree is gorgeous and we love it!

Their customer service is phenomenal. I sent them an email message looking for a replacement remote for my tree because I cannot find where I packed it away. They responded immediately. We are enjoying our tree and it is so much easier with the remote.

After 40 years of having a real tree, we decided that this was the year to buy an artificial tree. We researched trees for days from a number of companies and decided on this one. We got the 9' Midland Burberry Fir. It looks fantastic.

A great disappointment …tree lights lasted only year. Save your money do not buy from them. Merry Christmas 😡

I’m so thrilled with this Slim Wexford Spruce Christmas tree! We had a dilemma this season after renovations and new furnishings in our home. Our old artificial Christmas tree was way too big. I did quite an extensive online search, looking for a slim realistic tree with multicolored lights, and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many good ones here at Treetime. This Wexford Spruce exceeded my expectations with its beautiful shape, realistic branches, and its incandescent multicolored lights. It fit perfectly in our new space and because of its beauty, the slim shape created the perfect holiday atmosphere! Every part of the tree was well labeled, and I was really pleased to know that Treetime checks the boxes before sending to be sure they are labeled correctly and that the lights are working! Couldn’t ask for better service or products!

Appreciate the sale price as wouldn’t spend full price. Tree is beautiful. Shipping time was good.
