This is a very nice tree. I thought it would have LED lamps on it but does not. It might be I misread the information on purchase. I do like the tree and it does look real.

I was expecting nicer quality of trees. I purposely ordered from tree time because I was under the impression their trees didn’t come from China. Sadly disappointed.

Received the ornament that I ordered quickly and it was for breast cancer that 101.9 The Mix is doing with Treetime. As a breast cancer survivor I love that you are working with 101.9 to raise money for it.

I had trouble placing the order online and when I emailed Treetime they answered me promptly. I received the tree at the time it was supposed to be delivered, the box was in perfect condition. We put the tree up today and it's exactly what I expected. No problems at all.

I believe I was given incorrect information about the tree. I was purchasing from a chat with someone in the company. The result was, I ordered the tree, and it was not as I was told in the chat. Obviously disappointed. Update… Tree time contacted me and acknowledged I was given incorrect information at time of purchase. I realize that mistakes happen, and TreeTime took the time to make it right. Due to their prompt response and eagerness to please, I have changed my review to five stars. Not many companies go above and beyond like they have. I would highly recommend them.
