We finally opened the tree and set it up. We noticed multiple defects in the tree. 1. There we multiple plastic mold pieces that were not removed in the production of the tree. 2. The wires used for the lights are extremely thin (becareful when not to pull to hard on the light wire itself). 3. When the lights were wrapped with the branches there were many places that the branches could not be separate to make the tree look full. 4. we have our power source on a light switch. When you turn off the switch the tree goes out. However, when you turn the switch back on the tree doesn't light unless you use the remote included. And it doesn't retain the settings from when it was turned off. Wish we would have bought somewhere else.

Customer service was responsive when I asked questions via email. Our tree was delivered quickly and we were impressed with the packaging. The Victorian Fir unlit tree is stunning.

Customer Service was terrific. Extremely understanding and quick to solve my concern. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the tree I ordered was erroneously described as "having hinged construction" but when it arrived the tree was not hinged. Sadly I returned it.

Easy to order, quick delivery and product met expectations based on online description. I bought tree at store years ago but wanted a smaller (less heavy tree) with all to cool lighting options. This tree didn’t disappoint.
