Great customer service from Leslie, Carol and Mike throughout the whole process. We have had many trees over the years but the Deluxe Geneva Fir is by far the most beautiful AND realistic tree we ever had. And it is even full and beautiful without the lights or ornaments on yet!

A few of the branches had become unattached but we fixed them. Shipping wasn't great; boxes had punctures and parts were sticking out of the boxes.
