This company was wonderful to deal with. When my Christmas tree came I was so happy to see how easy it was to set up. The only downside for me was that I wish it had more lights, but I love to overdo it with Christmas lights so it may not be a problem for others. Also it was wonderful to find a tree with multi-colored incandescent lights. Love it!

My tree arrived even before I thought it would. It was easy to put together and it looks exactly as the picture online. My favorite thing is being able to change the lights from white to color, or both, or twinkling or blinking with a controller. It looks like a "Hallmark" movie Christmas tree to me. It is very realistic looking. I love it.

After 51 years of getting treelot trees, cutting our own for the past decade, we had taken all the trees that worked for us from 2 separate tree lots. As the time to get our tree approached, we decided to at least look for a pre-lit, artificial tree. When I found the Victorian Fir online the search was over. It was shipped the next day. Our tree is beautiful and our friends have no idea that it's artificial until we tell them!

So, I went into the purchase "blind" and this is our first artificial tree. We have always purchased a live Christmas tree (for 47 years). WE LOVE OUR ARTIFICIAL CHRISTMAS TREE. I was very happy with my experience. First I shopped at their onsite warehouse to get the look and feel for what I was considering. Ended up buying on-line the next morning and it was shipped to me arriving later that week.

Beautiful Alpine tree that fits perfectly in a limited space! Easy set up. However, the lights failed within 30 minutes. No fuses found to replace. Control box is sealed and not accessible. Rather than having to return, I simply removed them and added my own lights.
