The tree I purchase is as shown. It looks real or as real as fake can be. Shipping was quick. I had my tree within two days after ordering. I would definitely order from Tree Time again.

When we unpacked the tree & put it together a branch on the bottom was broke. I called, & sent pictures and received an email saying they would get back to me. Two days later, no response. I called back & was told they would call me back. We are on day 5 now & still no response for resolution.

Received the wrong size tree. I ordered a 7.5 ft Frazier Fir Slim but received a tiny tree in a 28 x 6 inch box. I wanted to put up tree today for my greatgranddaughter's 9th birthday party tonight. Oh well, I will return tree for a refund. Too late to solve problem . My deepest apology; comment re wrong size tree was sent in error. Should have gone to a different vendor.

After we put our tree up we sent photos. Everyone genuinely thought it was a live tree! Definitely glad we went with one of the trees from Treetime. The initial setup wasn't too long maybe 1hr and 30 minutes, but now that we have it down we can probably cut that in half. The instructions provided were easy to understand and helpful, especially for shaping the tree.
