Tree extension did not raise the tree very much only about 4 inches and I ended up not using it

I purchased the 7.5' Cumberland Fir and love it. It has excellent foliage and lets me hang my tons of ornaments of all shapes and sizes. The tree looks beautiful. The only thing all artificial trees lack is the place for a lighted tree topper. Your tree is so great my daughter wants to replace hers with my same tree. Excellent shipping it came in three days. We had a issue with are tree and with in two days it was taken care of we would definitely tell others that TreeTime is the place to go for your tree

The tree that I received, did not look anything like the tree in the picture. There were multiple empty spaces between the boughs and you could see completely through the tree. Communication with Treetime is very difficult My husband and I, both put a lot of time into "fluffing " the tree. It is unfortunate, that Treetime, states, that we did not put enough effort into shaping the tree. If the branches are not there, and it is not constructed adequately, no amount of "fluffing" will ever be sufficent I spent over two hundred dollars in shipping for the tree to be sent to me and then sent back. If it would have been at all worth keeping I would not have returned it. Complete waste of time and money

The tree arrived so quickly it was quite surprising. The tree itself was what I was anticipating, with well-spaced branches and a realistic look. It is a very pretty little tree and precisely what I was seeking when I ordered the tree. Overall my experience with Treetime has been positive.
