I have purchased from tree time previously and was pleased. This time, the lights on the tree are sparse in some places and heavy in others.

I ordered my tree early fall and opened it today. I didn’t want to write a review until I got it assembled. It is BEAUTIFUL! It was easy to assemble. You only need one plug because each piece connects the lights through a connection in the main section of the tree. GENIUS. There are three choices of lights: white, color, and pastel and several choices of steady, twinkle, fade, etc. This is, by far, the most beautiful tree I’ve ever had.

Much better than expected

Received tree quickly. Set it up and for 2 days it worked great. One evening I touched one of the branches and got a poke. All the lights went out and would not come back on. When I contacted customer service they said what I claimed happened was not possible. When tree is plugged in even with lights not working I still get pokes from it. Was to be sent a replacement transformer on 11/17. Called today 11/22 and was told it was not shipped yet. Now I have to wait for USPS (snail mail) to get it here. Plus will have an unlit tree for our Thanksgiving holiday. Customer service was a disappointment.

Didn't like tree awful scrappy for over $1500. Wanted to return it was told I had to pay shipping and insurance to return huge box weight over 70 pounds was going to cost hundreds of dollars. Very poor way to do business. Keeping a tree I don't like and telling everyone I know to never buy a tree from Treetime!!11

Expected a commemorative imprint on the ornament. There was nothing about the date to specify this year that would prevent my buying it again next year, because again, no commemoratives indication.

The ornament came within a couple of days. I wasn't expecting such a quick delivery. The ornaments were what I expected.

Horrible experience trying to return the tree. Would not recommend.
