The tree bag is the only one I've ever seen that is large enough for my Christmas tree. Very good quality, and I won't have to take my tree apart and put it together or "fluff" it every year. Will be nice just to roll it out and back to store.

There was no tree stand in the box. Also one side of the tree is lacking in branches. I think I got a reject from another customer. I’m elderly so I am dealing with it. I bought this same tree 4 years ago & the lights were mostly out on it so I purchased the same one again cuz I really liked it. I used the stand from that tree.

This is my third year getting the ornaments and love them. Always ships on time with no damage. I love that the money goes go charity.

11/18/2022 the lady working the phones today that claims to be the manager is horrible!!! I was hung up on when I asked to speak to her boss. Items were not delivered on time as promised, the tree received was not as described and they won’t do a return.

I purchased 2 trees in November 2021 and the promised date was before Christmas. I did not receive it till Jan 2022 past the Holidays. That being said I had no reason to open the boxes and set up the trees. Now it's 2022 Holliday season and I was excited to set up the trees. Once I set them up I was extremely disappointed. The quality was not as described and the tree does not look like anything on the website at all. I could've gone and bought one at Target or Walmart for half the price. I called their customer service to see what they can do and I was rudely spoken to and hung up on twice. I pretty much lost about $1000 and nothing is being done. Please be aware and do not spend your money here. If you can go to a store and see it for yourself and the quality, please do so. Came back to update my review- I do want to say Marsha in customer service rep reached out to me and was very helpful. I do appreciate her help and for solving the issue I had.

Treetime has GREAT customer service and products! We are so happy with our outdoor Tower Tree! Joanne in Customer Service was VERY helpful throughout the process.

The tree has great potential. Some of the branches are bent too far down at the trunk, no way to prop them back up. Also we lost a couple of the rubber tips, they just broke right off. It's an ok tree.

The tree looks fantastic but the customer service has been world class. Had a slight billing problem but they were on top of it and it was actually them who alerted me to the problem.

I purchased the perfect Christmas tree for my daughter for her Christmas gift this year. She has had real Christmas trees for 10 years and she wanted a white tree, so I purchased one from a reputable website. The white tree was cheep looking and was very pricey, but she used it anyway. I have redeemed my tree shopping efforts with your awesome tree selection. Thanks
