I am a returning customer and order our new tree in September. Was told to call around Nov 16th, no tree yet. Then told call on Nov30th, no tree. They tell me today, call on Dec 10th? My question now is what type of discount is Treetime offering for potentially missing the Christmas season. I do not need a tree in January! I just want to be told the truth about delivery.

I ordered my tree in September. It arrived almost to the date the sales person said it would. We put it ip this past weekend and I and look at it everyday and think how much i love it! Highly recommend.

Ordered the tree in September and was told I’d have it by November 5, when it didn’t come, I called and was told it should come by November 30, hopefully. I cancelled the order b/c I didn’t want to be disappointed for Christmas. I understand there are delays, just want to be told earlier to make plans/adjustment.

Still no apology. It is not misrepresenting facts to advise what we were told and that we never received any proactive updates—my opinion is the company should spend more time proactively advising people about their delays instead of getting into a back and forth as to a review submitted from a clearly disappointed customer—a past and loyal customer I might add!! ——- Instead of simply apologizing and moving on—and returning money—the company is now misrepresenting facts and trying to dodge the truth. We specifically asked prior to buying in October if there were any supply issues and were told we need not worry. And most important we never never received a proactive call advising of delays. Only when we inquired were we told of weather delays in Canada. Seems the the company thinks customers should just remain quiet ——— Disappointed beyond belief. Picked out a tree in October and specifically inquired as to having the tree by Thanksgiving—was “assured” it was in stock and would have in only 2 weeks and probably less. Paid over $2000 and never heard from them until we kept calling this week—only now to be told “maybe’ mid December and it’s not their fault—we were told to blame the weather!!! In our opinion, cannot trust these people—they will say anything for a sale. Shame on them

We received the tree in plenty of time
We received the tree in plenty of time. Just put it up yesterday. Looks beautiful! Noticed that the internal part of the branches were the material of most trees and the part closer to the end of the branches were more realistic, plastic which were easy to shape. Very pleased with the tree. Will be interesting what the process will be to get the branches to collapse and get it stored.
