Package was 4 hours late

I had a really tight deadline to meet. My documents were picked and delivered in plenty of time and as per the quote.

Very quick, efficient and reliable service. I booked a 4.30PM London pickup at 3.30PM for UK delivery to an address in the north of England. Delivery done same day via bike as requested. Will use again.

On time pickup and fast delivery

Bought an expensive service - got cheap terrible service I usually don't post reviews but after going through what I just have with this courier company I felt compelled to tell people my experience. I bought a service using a motorbike on a dedicated delivery service just for me adding a special optional extra called 'hotshot something'. Essentially adding £50 to make sure the delivery was here on time. a 3 pm pickup for a 5:30 pm dropoff. Got a call twenty minutes after a guy picked it up saying he's in a van stuck in traffic and not going to deliver until 7 pm and I need to make sure someones in to sign for the package. Guys from the office said - sorry - you should have read the T's and C's - we say we can provide any vehicle with any service we like. Rotten.

This service is reliable, however all of their timescales online are computer generated, so never accurate on collection or delivery times. If they could improve this and the online tracking location, the service would be amazing. On this occasion, sadly I didn't feel I got value for my money.
