Food is meh and they charge you a lot for shipping and it’s not a complete meal just an entree. Pretty lame. I got it as a gift and hate that my friends wasted their money. It arrived on time and was cold - that’s the extra star.

Delivery was as predicted and well-protected. Cooking and prep was easy. Taste was satisfactory.

Not great food quality considering the price. Good packaging and service. My filet mignon was more like low fat hamburger.

I ordered on Oct 1. Estimated ship date was between Oct 4-11. I was sending to my sister who had knee surgery, so it was a time-sensitive order. The order was never shipped, and they had to “reship” it after I contacted them about it not arriving. Now it is expected to arrive Oct 15–more than 2 weeks after my order. We’ll see if it actually arrives then.

We purchased the lobster and steak dinner for two and sent it to our son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. It arrived on the exact date of their anniversary very close to dinner time. Josh and Sal were thrilled when they saw live lobsters, filet mignon, chowder and crab cakes. They said the meal was “awesome”! Can’t thank Send a Meal enough for helping us make their anniversary so special in these days of COVID.

Send-a-meal was a bereavement gift for recent widower. The site should have communicated with me about delivery status. Recipient told me when package arrived; Send-a-meal did not. Although I included a gift card with the order, it was not included in package so recipient didn’t know who package was from. Recipient has couched his opinion of the food. I do not know if he likes it.

Excellent Service. Had a problem with the delivery address and they still got the order to my daughters house just in time! Thank you!
